First Click Your Spy Phone When You Log In.
Now Go To The Epf Command Room And Click The Field-Ops Computer.
Click Accept Field-Op And Go To Where I Circled In Red In The Next Picture.
This Is The Game You Have To Play. I Like It And I Think Its Easy.
